Dealings in Carlton real estate are about to get faster and more efficient. The Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) have announced a partnership with specialist real estate software company Agentbox. This system is set to be integrated into the Real Estate Industry Forms Live and will help both agents and consumers.
REINSW Deputy President John Cunningham said the system would be advantageous because it would remove "errors due to repetitive manual duplication." Agentbox Managing Director Eddie Cetin furthered this idea of benefits for both parties. He said, "[t]echnology is moving faster and you need to be able to react faster and do your job more effectively" and with Agentbox this will be possible.
Australian Real Estate Review have summarised it as a streamlined data entry system that improves efficiency and prevents data loss by eliminating unnecessary obstacles. Use is not restricted to the office with the website being accessible on mobile devices, further increasing its effectiveness.
Clients gain from an extensive database that all agents can have access to, which can even include client likes and dislikes. There is also the benefit of no loss of contracts, whether through transport or database transfer, due to Agentbox's use of new transfer technology.
