Property in Carlton Perfect for Families

By Louise Morrin

Families looking to buy a home have much to consider before settling on a location, and those with children may wonder whether a certain community offers the types of services and amenities they require.

Fortunately for buyers of real estate in Carlton, this area boasts plenty for families to be happy about.

For families with small children, the Kogarah City Council makes it clear on its official website that the community is dedicated to providing high quality childcare that is affordable, an invaluable service for working parents.

The council owns and operates three different childcare services, all of which comply with the Department of Education and Communities' National Quality Framework.

For older youth that are particularly interested in a field or have excelled in an area, the Council offers youth sponsorship grants to help these young people participate in events at a national and international level.

These are only two small examples of the commitment Kogarah City Council shows toward supporting families and children in Carlton and the St. George region.
