Small business owners with property in Carlton could be in luck, as the Small Biz Bus plans on returning to Rockdale on Tuesday May 6 in order to help out locals with their small business complications.
The mobile advisory service travels New South Wales, offering small business owners advice across the state by delivering personalised, face-to-face discussions about problems facing them and potential solutions to aid them with their ventures.
Minister for Small Business Katrina Hodgkinson said the services of the bus were free to small business owners.
"The Small Biz Bus is one of the key initiatives the New South Wales government has put in place to ensure the ongoing viability of small business in the state," said Ms Hodgkinson in an April 14 statement.
"I encourage small business operators to take advantage of the practical, localised support the Bus offers."
The bus will be at the Bunnings Car Park – 383 West Botany St, Rockdale – from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on May 6. Small business owners interested are encouraged to book appointments on 1300 134 359 or visit www.smallbusiness.nsw.gov.au/hop-on-the-small-biz-bus.
This could be a great opportunity for anyone who owns real estate in Carlton and operates a small business in the Rockdale region to gain insight into any problems they're having.
